Here are the important dates of NEET, JEE (Main & Advanced), WBJEE exams

NEET UG Exam Dates

  • Registration– Starts on 9th Feb – End on 9th Mar
  • Admit Card Available– Available to download from End of April
  • Exam Date– Conduct on 1st week of May on Sunday
  • Duration of Exam– As per current update 3 hours (2pm to 3pm IST)
  • Mode of Test– Pen Paper OMR (Offline)
  • Subjects Cover– Those are Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany, Zoology)
  • Total Number of Questions– 180 (Physics 45 Questions, Chemistry 45 Questions, Botany 45 Questions, Zoology 45 Questions)
  • Total Marks– 720
  • Marks for Each Correct Answer– (+4)
  • Marks for Each Wrong Answer– (-1)
  • Marks for Un attempt Question– No

JEE Main Exam Dates

  • Registration– Starts on 28th Oct – Ends on 22nd Nov
  • Admit Card Available– Available to download 3 days before exam
  • Exam Date– Session 1: Jan 22nd to Jan 30, Session 2: 1st April to 8th April
  • Duration of Exam– 3 hours for all category & 4 hours for PWD
  • Mode of Test– CBT Computer Based Test (Online)
  • Subjects Cover– Physics, Chemistry, Maths
  • Total Number of Questions– 75 questions in paper 1, 77 questions in Paper 2A, 100 questions in Paper 2B
  • Total Marks– 300 marks for Paper 1, 400 marks for Paper 2A, 400 marks for Paper 2B

JEE Advanced Exam Dates

  • Registration– Starts on 23rd Apr – Ends on 2nd May
  • Admit Card Available– Download available from 11th may
  • Exam Date– Paper 1: 18th May (9am to 12pm), Paper 2: 18th May (2:30pm to 5:30pm)
  • Duration of Exam– 3 hours (9am to 12pm) for paper 1 and 3 hours (2:30pm to 5:30pm) for paper 2
  • Mode of Test– CBT Computer Based Test (Online)
  • Subjects Cover– Physics, Chemistry, Maths
  • Total Marks– As per current update 360 marks

WBJEE Exam Dates

  • Registration– Starts from 28th Dec – Ends on 5th Feb
  • Admit Card Available– Download between 18th Apr to 28th Apr
  • Exam Date– 28th April (Paper 1: Mathematics 11am to 1pm) & (Paper 2: Physics and Chemistry 2pm to 4pm) 
  • Duration of Exam– 2 hours (11am to 1pm) for paper 1 and 2 hours (2pm to 4pm) for paper 2
  • Mode of Test– Pen Paper OMR (Offline)
  • Subjects Cover– Physics, Chemistry, Maths
  • Total Number of Questions– 74 questions from Maths, 40 questions from Physics, 40 questions from Chemistry
  • Total Marks– 200 (100 marks from Maths, 50 Marks from Physics, 50 Marks Chemistry)
